Teaching photos

Aquatic systems provide ideal settings for conducting undergraduate teaching labs. Fish communites usually include species from many trophic levels, are relatively easy to identify, can be captured quickly and released, and are generally safe for students to handle. We frequently conduct fish surveys as part of undergraduate teaching labs, photos from several teaching lab activites are found below (Collecting permit #SC2211216).
